Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a customer service-focused team member in Saint Paul, Minnesota. You will greet guests, take their orders, and ensure a warm experience both in-person and over the phone.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in customer service and excel in communication and organizational skills. This position offers a starting pay of $16.04/hr, paid vacation, and opportunities for growth.

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role - preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy.
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.

Job Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery

Desired Skills & Experience

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role - preferred
• Customer service focused and a willingness to exceed guest expectations
• Great communication, organizational and math skills
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
