Job summary

Insomnia Cookies USC store at 929 W. Jefferson St., Suite 1620, Los Angeles, CA 90089 is hiring for a friendly Cookie Crew member. You will greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and ensure accurate orders while baking our delicious cookies and serving ice cream.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Personable, genuine and outgoing demeanor is desirable.

• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Must be 18 or older and able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the front of the store and take orders per procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items and confirm orders for accuracy.
• Provide a warm customer experience in person and over the phone.
• Bake cookies to order and provide scoop of ice cream when needed.
• Ensure fast, warm, correctly packaged delivery orders.
• Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery.

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our USC store located at 929 W. Jefferson St., Suite 1620 Los Angeles, CA 90089, you are the ultimate Insomniac. Not only are you the point person at the front of the store for interacting with our customers, but you also get to bake all of our awesome Warm and Delicious cookies as well!
