Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is hiring for a Cookie Crew member at our Coastal Carolina store in Conway, SC. You will greet guests, take orders, bake cookies, and ensure warm, correct deliveries while providing a friendly, high-quality customer experience. The role supports a fun team and growth within a growing brand.

Responsibilities include handling payments, maintaining shop cleanliness, and participating in training and mentorship. Must be 18+, able to lift 40 lb, and work nights/weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role is preferred.
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor.
• Customer service focused and a willingness to exceed guest expectations.
• Great communication, organizational and math skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy.
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone.
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and a scoop of ice cream.
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
• Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages.
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery.

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Coastal Carolina store located at 201 Graduate Rd Conway SC 29526, you are the ultimate Insomniac. Not only are you the point person at the front of the store for interacting with our customers, but you also get to bake all of our awesome Warm and Delicious cookies as well!
