Job summary

Insomnia Cookies in Fort Worth, Texas, is hiring for a Cookie Crew member. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure accurate, warm service both in-store and over the phone. You will bake cookies and prepare orders for delivery, while maintaining a clean bakery environment with accurate cash handling.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication, and a personable, energetic attitude. Must be 18+ and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the store and take orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Provide a warm, friendly experience in person and over the phone
• Bake delicious cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Forth Worth store located at 825 Currie Street Fort Worth, TX 76107, you are the ultimate Insomniac. Not only are you the point person at the front of the store for interacting with our customers, but you also get to bake all of our awesome Warm and Delicious cookies as well!
