Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is opening a new store and is looking for a Cookie Crew member to join the opening team at 416 Demers Ave. You will greet guests, take orders, bake cookies, package orders, handle payments, and ensure a clean bakery environment.

The role requires 18+ years old, ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and legal work authorization in the United States. Flexible part-time schedules and mentorship are offered.

• Prior experience in a customer-service focused role is preferred.
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor.

Job Overview

As a member of the Cookie Crew, you will be the front‑line point person for interacting with customers and will bake, pack, and deliver warm cookies. You will also collect orders, handle payments, and maintain the bakery’s cleanliness.
