Located at 2905 Howard Street Kalamazoo, MI 49006, as a member of our Cookie Crew, you'll be the ultimate Insomniac. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and get to bake our delicious cookies!

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer questions, and confirm orders for accuracy
• Provide a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve with ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery
