Insomniacookies is looking for enthusiastic team members for our Mankato, MN store. As a Cookie Crew member, you'll engage with customers while baking our delicious cookies, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-service focused role (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests and take their orders.
• Help customers understand menu items and repeat orders for accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer experience in person and over the phone.
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve a scoop of ice cream.
• Ensure delivery orders are correctly packaged and sent out.
• Accurately handle cash and payments.
• Clean and maintain the bakery.

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Mankato store located at 1600 Warren Street Mankato, MN 56001, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You are the point person at the front of the store for interacting with our customers, and you also get to bake all of our warm and delicious cookies.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy.
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone.
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and serve a scoop of ice cream.
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
• Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery.
