Job description

Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest-growing, late-night sweet indulgence companies in the country and is actively interviewing Cookie Crew candidates for our brand-new Durham, NH location at 9 Madbury Rd, Durham, NH 03824.

As a member of the Cookie Crew, you will be the point person at the front of the store for interacting with customers and you will also bake our warm and delicious cookies.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy.
• Provide a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone.
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve ice cream scoops.
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
• Handle cash and payments accurately and maintain balance; no shortages or overages.
• Clean, sanitize and maintain the bakery and storefront.
