Insomnia Cookies is interviewing for Cookie Crew at our Portland, ME location. You will greet guests, take orders, bake fresh cookies, and assist with delivery orders while providing a warm, friendly experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in customer service preferred
• Personable and outgoing demeanor
• Customer service focus and willingness to exceed guest expectations
• Strong communication, organizational and math skills
• Able to lift up to 40 lb
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders according to procedure
• Explain menu items and confirm orders for accuracy
• Provide a warm in-person and phone experience
• Bake cookies and scoop ice cream as needed
• Package and send out fast, warm delivery orders
• Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages
• Maintain bakery cleanliness and sanitation
