Cookie Crew Member – Bowling Green, OH

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Bowling Green store located at 143 E Wooster Street Bowling Green, OH 43402, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You will serve as the point person at the front of the store for interacting with customers, and you will bake all of our warm and delicious cookies.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and serve a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery
