Job description

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Chattanooga store located at 1351 Broad St Suite 103, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You will be the point person at the front of the store for interacting with customers and will bake all of our warm and delicious cookies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and take orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Provide a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery area
