Job summary

Insomnia Cookies in Chattanooga is seeking friendly Cookie Crew members to greet guests, take orders, bake cookies, and ensure warm deliveries. This on-site role at 1351 Broad St Suite 103 offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

You'll handle orders, assist customers, and maintain bakery cleanliness while working nights, weekends, and holidays. Ideal candidates have 6+ months in customer service and a passion for great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer‑service focused role (preferred).
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor.
• Strong customer‑service focus and willingness to exceed guest expectations.
• Great communication, organizational and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take orders according to procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy.
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone.
• Bake delicious cookies to perfection and a scoop of ice cream.
• Ensure fast, warm, correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
• Handle cash and payments accurately and avoid shortages or overages.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery.

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Chattanooga store located at 1351 Broad St Suite 103, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You serve as the front‑of‑store point person for interacting with customers, and you bake all our warm and delicious cookies.
