• Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 2+ years of hands-on culinary experience with strong knife skills and confidence in food preparation techniques
• Formal culinary training preferred, with a strong foundation in culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
• Flexible and dependable, with the ability to work anon-call schedule, including varied shifts, weekends, holidays, and hours based on business needs
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
