Wingstop in Baton Rouge is seeking a dedicated cook to prepare Wingstop's flavors with consistency from shift to shift. You will manage fryers, timing, and plating to ensure high-quality wings and sides for every guest.

The role emphasizes safe cooking practices, teamwork, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment; prior kitchen experience is preferred and you will enjoy discounted meals while working.

Qualifications

• Professional cooking: 1 year (Preferred).
• Cooking: 1 year (Preferred).
• Line cook: 1 year (Preferred).
• Follow Wingstop standards for food safety and hygiene.
• Ability to count and portion wings and sides accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food that tastes great and is consistent from day-to-day.
• Follow proper personal hygiene and sanitation procedures.
• Coordinate timing of wings and fries with the fryer and timer.
• Sauce, season and package all orders per Wingstop standards.
• Maintain a clean kitchen and assist teammates as needed.
• Notify Manager on Duty of safety or sanitation issues.
