Responsibilities

• Ensure each guest has a positive Wingstop experience.
• Practice safe cooking procedures and hygiene standards.
• Scan and comprehend order tickets quickly.
• Count wings and fries accurately for every order.
• Coordinate cooking times with timers for consistent results.
• Season and package all orders according to Wingstop standards.
• Maintain fryer areas and fresh shortening daily.
• Keep the kitchen clean throughout the shift and at close.
• Notify Manager on Duty of safety, sanitation, or staff issues.
• Assist teammates as needed and follow supervisor directions.
• Adhere to proper hygiene and safe use of cleaning chemicals.
