Apple Rehab Mystic is seeking a Cook Supervisor to lead dietary personnel, oversee meal preparation that meets residents' dietary needs, and coordinate with the Dietary Manager on production planning and events. You will supervise staff, ensure quality and safety, and help manage equipment and budgets.

Qualifications include eligibility for our Serv Safe Certification after 90 days, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Eligible for company sponsored Serv Safe Certification after 90 days of employment.
• Must be able to unload and stock groceries and lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write and understand English, perform simple math calculations, measure and record data.
• Ability to supervise and instruct others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dietary personnel and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Prepare and serve meals tailored to residents' dietary requirements.
• Oversee production planning, purchasing, and equipment management.
• Assist in procurement and proper storage of food and equipment.
• Collaborate with the Dietary Manager for specials and events.
