Apple Rehab Clipper in Westerly, Rhode Island, seeks a Cook Supervisor to supervise dietary staff and ensure meals meet residents' diet orders. You will help with production planning, input on forecasting, and assist with purchasing and food storage.

The role requires supervision experience, Serv Safe Manager certification, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Good teamwork and calm handling of busy shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to unload and stock groceries and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong reading, writing and math numeric recording in English.
• Experience supervising dietary staff and communicating with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dietary department personnel and assist with staff evaluations.
• Prepare and serve meals according to residents' diets and orders.
• Assist with production planning, forecasting needs and recipe development.
• Assist with purchasing, storage of food and equipment, and event planning.
