Job summary

Apple Rehab Mystic is seeking a Cook Supervisor to lead dietary personnel and ensure meals meet residents' dietary needs. You will collaborate with the Dietary Manager on assignments, performance evaluations, and department coverage.

You will also participate in production planning, purchasing, and equipment management while delivering high-quality meals in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Eligible for company sponsored Serv Safe Certification after 90 days.
• Must be able to unload and stock groceries and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to read, write, and understand English; perform simple math; measure and record data.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to supervise and instruct others.
• Experience in a hospital or long-term care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dietary personnel and ensure policy adherence.
• Oversee work assignments and participate in performance evaluations.
• Prepare and serve meals according to residents' dietary needs.
• Contribute to production planning, purchasing, and equipment management.
