Job summary

Timbersgaming is hiring for a kitchen role in Henderson, NV. You will prepare meals in a fast-paced kitchen, work with fryers, broilers, and grills, and contribute to a great guest experience.

We offer a hiring bonus, competitive hourly wage ($15.50–$16.50 depending on experience), medical/dental/vision benefits, training for advancement, and paid time off. Must have a valid health card and at least 2 years of culinary experience.

Qualifications

• Must have professional and outgoing manner.
• 2+ years of culinary experience.
• Ability to work hands-on in any kitchen environment for three meals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Handle frying, carving, and steaming of meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, and poultry.
• Maintain hygiene and health department compliance.

Requirements

What We Need From You:

• Professional and outgoing manner
• 2+ years of culinary experience
• Ability to work hands-on in any kitchen environment pertaining to a three-meal period
• Handle high-volume productions related to but not limited to, frying, carving, and steaming of all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, and poultry.
• Must be able to work a fryer, broiler, and flat grill and be able to prep, side work, clean, stock, and communicate well with others
• Assure all health department regulations are met
• Must have a valid health card
