Timbers Hospitality Group is seeking a capable line cook to prepare food and enhance the guest experience in a fast-paced, neighborhood bar and grill setting.

With 2+ years cooking experience, you will operate fryers, broilers, and flat grills, maintain cleanliness, and ensure health regulations are followed while contributing to a high-volume kitchen team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of culinary experience.
• Ability to work hands-on in a three-meal environment.
• Operate fryer, broiler and flat grill; prep, side work, stock, and clean.
• Ensure health department regulations are met.
• Must have a valid health card.

Requirements

What We Need From You

• Professional and outgoing manner
• 2+ years of culinary experience
• Ability to work hands-on in any kitchen environment pertaining to a three-meal period
• Handle high-volume productions related to but not limited to, frying, carving, and steaming of all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, and poultry.
• Must be able to work a fryer, broiler, and flat grill and be able to prep, side work, clean, stock, and communicate well with others
• Assure all health department regulations are met
• Must have a valid health card
