Job summary

Timbersgaming in Henderson, NV is looking for a dedicated kitchen team member to prepare delicious meals in a fast-paced setting. The role supports neighborhood bar and grill offerings and contributes to an award-winning bar-food experience.

Qualifications

• Professional and outgoing manner.
• 2+ years of culinary experience.
• Ability to work hands-on in any kitchen environment pertaining to a three-meal period.
• Handle high volume productions related to frying, carving, and steaming of meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, and poultry.
• Must be able to work a fryer, broiler, flat grill and prep, side work, clean, stock, and communicate well with others.
• Ensure all health department regulations are met.
• Must have a valid health card.
