Job Summary

The Snack Bar Cook is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of culinary services for our Members and Guests. They support a la carte and private event food production while maintaining consistent food preparation and plate presentation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with various tasks, working efficiently to meet business needs.
• Set up and stock food items and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards by properly handling and storing food.
• Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs.

About You

• Prior experience as a Cook.
• Working knowledge of broiler, pantry, and sauté stations.
• Previous experience in a Country Club or Restaurant preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
