Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a part-time dietary services assistant at Heritage Woods of Gurnee, IL 60031. The role includes preparing diverse menues that respect dietary needs, maintaining kitchen and dining spaces, and upholding safety and sanitation standards while interacting compassionately with residents.

The ideal candidate holds a ServSafe Manager certification and a high school diploma or GED, with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to dignity in service.

Salary Range: $18.50 - $19.00 Hourly

Job Shift: 1st shift

• Demonstrates dedication to high-quality dietary services while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols
• Maintains food service areas including the kitchen and dining areas
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction
• Participates in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
