Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to prepare meals that meet diverse dietary needs and maintain safe, sanitary kitchen and dining areas.

You will engage with residents in a compassionate, dignified manner, support learning through trainings and staff meetings, and contribute to a warm, caring community that reflects the values of love and respect.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Manager certification required.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to serve residents with love, compassion, and dignity.

Position Type: Part Time

Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00 Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Prepares a diverse menu that incorporates a variety of dietary preferences and accommodates for various restrictions
• Demonstrates dedication to high-quality dietary services while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols
• Maintains food service areas including the kitchen and dining areas
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction
• Participates in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences

Qualifications:

• Must hold current ServSafe Manager certification
• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
