Paycom - ATS seeks a part-time dietary service assistant for Heritage Woods of Gurnee, IL 60031. Second shift available with an hourly rate of $15.50–$16.00. This role emphasizes high-quality meals, hospitality, and resident interaction.

Responsibilities include serving meals and beverages, preparing dining areas, maintaining safety and sanitation, and engaging residents with compassion and dignity in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Completion of ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of start

• Assists in maintaining a sanitary and organized kitchen while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction
