Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Batavia, IL is seeking a part-time dietary aide to support resident meals with a caring, person-centered approach. You will prepare menus that meet dietary preferences and restrictions, while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

You will work closely with residents, delivering compassionate service and maintaining clean kitchen and dining areas. Ongoing learning through seminars and staff meetings is encouraged to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Must hold ServSafe Manager certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00 Hourly

Responsibilities

• Prepares a diverse menu that incorporates a variety of dietary preferences and accommodates for various restrictions
• Demonstrates dedication to high-quality dietary services while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols
• Maintains food service areas including the kitchen and dining areas
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction
• Participates in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
