Cook Salary Range: 29k - 42k

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, season, and cook to order.
- Run grill, fryer, pizza, and plating stations.
- Follow basics of food safety.
- Keep stations and walk‑ins clean and stocked.
- Assist the team when it gets busy.
- Expo line cooking.
- Ensure freshness by checking quality, tracking items, and rotating stock.
- Coordinate and supervise kitchen staff.
- Ensure each shift‑change expectation is completed.
- Collaborate with co‑workers to clean and restock the line at the end of each shift.
- Clean and sanitize grill utensils.
- Clean and restock all prep tables.
- Restock all meats and bakery items on line and rotate in walk‑in cooler.
- Remove trash and debris; mop kitchen and walk‑in areas.
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
Work Environment
Small, but busy kitchen. You will stock and restock from a full walk‑in freezer and a walk‑in refrigeration unit.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: One year of related experience.
- Skills: Team player, reliability, reading comprehension, focus, excellent communication, calm under pressure, monitoring, coordination, active listening.
