Reflections Retirement Community is seeking a part-time dietary service role at Deer Path of Huntley, IL. The position requires ServSafe Manager certification and a high school diploma or GED, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

You will help prepare diverse menus and maintain clean kitchen and dining areas while upholding safety standards. You will interact with residents in a caring, respectful manner and participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.

Job Details: Job Location: Deer Path of Huntley - Huntley, IL 60142, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 Hourly, Responsibilities:

• Prepares a diverse menu that incorporates a variety of dietary preferences and accommodates for various restrictions
• Demonstrates dedication to high-quality dietary services while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols
• Maintains food service areas including the kitchen and dining areas
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction
• Participates in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
