Paycom - ATS in Valparaiso, IN is seeking a Part-Time Dietary Aide to prepare diverse menus that accommodate dietary restrictions while ensuring safety and sanitation. The role focuses on compassionate resident care and maintaining clean kitchen and dining areas.

The position requires ServSafe Manager certification and a High School diploma or GED, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage residents respectfully and with dignity.

Qualifications

• Must hold current ServSafe Manager certification.
• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
