• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift.

• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner during service.
• Communicate effectively with chefs, kitchen team members, and front-of-house staff.
• Assist with receiving, storing, rotating, and labeling food products using FIFO standards.
• Monitor product quality and notify the Chef or Kitchen Manager of shortages, waste, or equipment concerns.
• Support fellow team members and assist in other kitchen areas as operationally needed.
• Follow all company policies, uniform standards, and kitchen procedures.
