Job Summary

The Line Cook is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of culinary services for our Members and Guests. They support a la carte and private event food production while maintaining consistent food preparation and plate presentation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with any tasks requested, working efficiently to meet business needs.
2. Set up and stock food items and supplies.
3. Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards by properly handling and storing food.
4. Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs.

About You

• Prior experience as a Cook.
• Knowledge of broiler, pantry, and sauté stations.
• Previous experience in a country club or restaurant preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
