Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have experience in dining services.
• Must possess the ability to read, write, and make simple calculations.
• Must be willing to complete Serv-Safe certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present menu items according to standard recipes.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and supervise dietary staff in absence of Directors.
• Monitor food temperatures and ensure proper storage, dating, and disposal of leftovers.
• Assist in training new dietary employees and conduct in-services.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings.
