Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follows safety practices to reduce hazards and ensures doors are kept locked to prevent escapes.
• Maintains proper sanitation of kitchen and equipment and adheres to food regulation rules.
• Manages inventory using FIFO, signs requisitions, and assists in monthly inventory counts.
• Attends meetings and trainings to stay updated on procedures and policies.
• Performs other duties and may work different shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed.
