Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal arithmetic education covering addition, subtraction, multiplication & division.
• 6 months training or 6 months experience in food preparation, sanitation & storage in institutional settings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook foods per recipes and dietary requirements.
• Monitor service lines, load carts and store foods safely.
• Operate kitchen equipment and assist with cleaning and sanitation.
• Supervise youth workers in the work area.
