Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Cook III to join our culinary team. You will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner items per guest orders while upholding production standards in a safe, sanitary kitchen.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of culinary experience with demonstrated intermediate-to-advanced knowledge.
• Strong knife skills and ability to multi-task during service.
• Ability to work independently across kitchen stations with focus and pace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner items per guest orders following recipes and standards.
• Work all kitchen stations with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail during high-volume service.
• Ensure proper food temperatures, date and rotation of containers, and adherence to waste-control guidelines.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and sanitation standards.
• Support cost-control efforts by maintaining quality and portion control.
