Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to recipe specifications and ensure daily culinary operations run smoothly.
• Maintain high-quality ingredients and uphold restaurant standards during busy periods.
• Stand and move for extended periods; communicate professionally with the team.
• Collaborate with sous chefs and staff to manage kitchen status, cleanliness, and safety.
• Log and complete maintenance, recipe updates, and portion controls; ensure proper storage and rotation.
