Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to recipe specifications and maintain daily culinary operations.
• Ensure ingredients meet quality standards and food safety requirements.
• Communicate professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
• Coordinate with Sous Chef and kitchen team to manage kitchen status and guest dietary needs.
• Maintain sanitation standards and proper storage of ingredients.
• Lead by example and ensure shift handover with clean, plated dishes.
