You will work collaboratively with front- and back-of-house staff to maintain quality, safety, and portion control while delivering residents a satisfying dining experience. Interviews offered daily; join a team that values People First, Always.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar position desired.
• Culinary training preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams to meet quality standards.
• Follow HACCP, labeling, and storage protocols.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a culture of safety.
• Maintain documentation of temperature charts and records.
• Communicate with other departments and Home Office support to ensure residents remain happy.
• Participate in planning and production meetings.
• Attend required in-service training and education programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Director of Dining Services.
