Qualifications

• 2-3 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen.
• Active Food handler’s certification or ability to obtain one.
• Willingness to work day/night and weekend shifts.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist culinary leadership in production and fabrication of food for kitchen prep, cafeteria, banquet, dining room and fine dining.
• Develop cooking procedures and methods (grill, sauté, fry) and read/ recreate recipes.
• Maintain clean, sanitized workstations and proper food storage.
