Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is seeking kitchen staff to support the Italian Sous Chef in food preparation, tasting, presentation and sanitation. You will assist with quality control, portioning, and working across kitchen areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sous Chef and Cook with quality and portion control.
• Work across all kitchen areas as required.
• Maintain proper labeling, rotation, storage temp and health standards.
• Support production to minimize waste and control costs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment.
