Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah is seeking a culinary teammate to execute menu specifications and support kitchen operations under the Executive Chef.

You will prepare Me en Place, maintain sanitation, and follow precise menu guidelines to deliver memorable guest experiences. Six months to a year in foods industry and a valid food handler’s permit are required; we offer competitive wages, meals, and comprehensive benefits.

• Six months - One year in Foods Industry in comparable job
• Professional appearance
• Food handler’s permit or sanitation certificate

Responsibilities

• Report to work in a clean, complete uniform in a timely manner
• Consistently monitor sanitation and cleanliness of work station, kitchen and equipment
• Adhere to company and department policies and procedures
• Maintain par levels determined by Sous Chef
• Label and date products produced on a daily basis
• Follow menu specifications in a precise, efficient manner according to Executive Chef guidelines
• Perform work related duties as assigned
