• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Three (3) years food service experience (Cook II).
• Five (5) years food service experience (Cook III).
• Valid Municipality of Anchorage Food Service Worker’s Card within 21 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepares meal ingredients as directed by manager.
• Follows established recipes and portion guidelines.
• Communicates portion information to servers as needed.
• Maintains clean, organized and sanitized workstations.
• Interacts with guests in serving, retail and dining areas.
