Qualifications
- Two years of experience as a Cook in a state institution or large commercial food service.
- Ability to prepare production sheets and set-up monthly menus.
Responsibilities

Education
High School Graduate or GED
Minimum Requirements:
High School graduate or GED.
Two (2) years experience as a Cook in a state institution or large commercial food service establishment.
Must be able to obtain a health certificate.
Must possess good verbal and written communication skills – English and Spanish.
Regular and timely attendance is a must; must be willing to work flexible schedule as needed with occasion weekends and a rotating shift.
Must possess the ability to set-up monthly menus and prepare production sheets.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
Must be a team player.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and provide proof of liability insurance.
Prefer experience in working with disadvantaged or underprivileged individuals.
Bilingual preferred.

Must have not ever been convicted of or placed on court-ordered community supervision or probation for any criminal offense classified as a Class B misdemeanor or higher.
