Job summary

Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is seeking an intermediate line cook to join our kitchen team in downtown Salt Lake City. You will work on single stations, preparing high-quality dishes while delivering consistent service to guests.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of culinary experience, a culinary degree or related hotel background, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment. This role offers growth opportunities within a global hospitality brand.

An intermediate line cook requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree. An intermediate cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. Intermediate cook will work single stations in the kitchen and require significant supervision and training.

• Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills including using basic kitchen equipment
