The position is responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding service. Our Intermediate Line Cooks (Cook 2), require good communication and culinary skills. The desired culinary candidate will have hotel cooking experience, and a culinary degree is valued. Our Intermediate Line Cook 2 should have professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures, and will require training and supervision. This position will mainly support our colleague dining experience in the colleague Café.

The hourly rate range for this position is from $27.50 to $31.79/hour.

We are pleased to offer a $500 Hiring Bonus with this opportunity!

• $250 payable after completion of 90 days, candidate must be actively employed upon payout
• $250 payable after completion of 180 days, candidate must be actively employed upon payout
• Candidate must be hired into a Full-Time Cook II position at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue to be eligible for Hiring Bonus
• Current Hyatt employees and Hyatt alumni not eligible for Hiring Bonus
