A Cook II is responsible for preparing cold food items in the hotel's ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Cook II, you will be responsible for preparing cold food items such as salads, fruits, dressings, fish, and appetizers, following designated recipes and quality standards. Your duties include:

• Preparing cold food items according to recipes and standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and food sanitation standards
• Managing guest orders efficiently and courteously
• Knowing the menu and food products thoroughly
• Stocking and maintaining food stations
• Visually inspecting all food sent from the kitchen
• Practicing proper food handling and storage procedures according to regulations
