Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold dishes for multiple meal periods.
• Read and follow basic recipes and product directions.
• May operate a grill station or serve customers at an à la carte line.
• Support management in daily kitchen functions and team oversight.
• Attend shifts on time and perform other duties as assigned.
