Craft Culinary Concepts is seeking a Cook II to support operations at State Farm Stadium during high-volume events. You will prepare menu items, work multiple stations, and uphold quality and safety standards to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

This mid-level role requires at least 1 year of kitchen experience, strong knife skills, teamwork, and the ability to stay organized under pressure while following recipes and BEOs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to read recipes, prep lists, timelines, and written instructions.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality in an event-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, menus, and BEOs.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Ensure food is prepared, held, and served at proper temperatures.
• Rotate, label, date, and store products using FIFO procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized workstations throughout each shift.
• Communicate inventory needs and food quality concerns with kitchen leadership.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing deliveries.
• Support fellow team members and work multiple kitchen stations when needed.
