Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation of hot and cold food items.
• Prepares and cooks food orders according to menus or recipes.
• Operates kitchen equipment like grills, fryers, ovens, and steamers.
• Setups and restocks kitchen; breaks down and cleans equipment after use.
• Communicates product needs to Sous Chef and ensures quality and presentation.
