Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Bristol is seeking a skilled line cook to prepare foods across grilling, frying, baking and pantry stations, ensuring plates meet recipe specs and presentation standards.

You will maintain a clean, stocked workstation, assist teammates during busy periods and support events. Must be flexible to work holidays and weekends with various shifts; prior culinary experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; culinary apprenticeship or associate degree preferred.
• Some industry experience in a culinary setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods across grilling, frying, broiling, baking, boiling, braising, and pantry as per menus.
• Ensure plates are aesthetically appealing and cooked to customer and chef specifications.
• Maintain a neat, clean workstation and assist teammates for efficient operations.
• Attend meetings and complete follow-up tasks as assigned.
• Season foods according to recipes and company needs.
• Assist with events and special duties as required.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment; close down stations properly.
